1. No Refund Policy
1.1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Eeko Media for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, milestone payments, and final payments. By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
1.2. No Cancellation of Services
Once work has commenced on a project, the client is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon fee, regardless of any change of mind or decision to discontinue the services.
2. Rectification of Work
2.1. Client Satisfaction
Eeko Media is dedicated to ensuring that the work provided meets the agreed-upon specifications and client expectations. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, Eeko Media will work with the client to address any reasonable concerns.
2.2. Rectification Process
If the client is unhappy with the work provided, Eeko Media will offer to rectify the work in line with the initial project scope and agreed specifications. This may include making revisions, adjustments, or corrections as deemed necessary by both parties.
2.3. Reasonable Requests
All rectification requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the original project agreement. Requests that constitute significant changes, additions, or new work will be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to the client before any additional work is undertaken.
2.4. Timely Communication
Clients are required to communicate any dissatisfaction or request for rectifications within 14 days of delivery of the work. Failure to do so within this time frame will be considered acceptance of the work as completed, and further rectifications may be subject to additional fees.
2.5. Final Approval
Once the rectified work has been submitted to the client, the client will have an additional 7 days to provide feedback or approval. If no communication is received within this period, the work will be considered approved and final.
3. Scope of Work
3.1. Project Scope
All work will be carried out in accordance with the initial project scope and agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the project agreement or proposal. Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.
3.2. Out-of-Scope Work
Work requests outside the original project scope will not be considered part of the rectification process and will be treated as new or additional work. Eeko Media reserves the right to charge for any such additional work at its standard rates.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Eeko Media retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2. Pre-existing Materials
Any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used by Eeko Media in the production of deliverables remain the intellectual property of Eeko Media and are licensed to the client for use in the specific project only.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. No Warranties
Eeko Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided. The client agrees that the use of our services is at their own risk.
5.2. Liability Cap
Eeko Media’s liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Eeko Media for the specific project in question.
6. Governing Law
6.1. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
7. Amendments
7.1. Changes to Terms
Eeko Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
